复方银翘解毒合剂联合针清术对中度痤疮热毒壅盛证的临床疗效

摘要
目的 观察临床应用复方银翘解毒合剂联合针清术治疗中度痤疮热毒壅盛证的疗效.方法 将中度痤疮热毒壅盛证患者随机分至治疗组和对照组,各30例.治疗组口服复方银翘解毒合剂(一日2次,每次30 ml)联合针清术(一周1次);对照组口服盐酸米诺环素(一日2次,每次50 mg).比较两组皮损计数、中医证候评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)和外周血炎性细胞因子白介素(interleukin,IL)-6、IL-1β 和肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-a水平.结果 治疗组总有效率为90.00％,对照组为93.33％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组患者治疗炎性皮损的总有效率均为96.67％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗组治疗非炎性皮损的总有效率为86.67％,对照组为76.67％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组治疗后DLQI评分均显著降低(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗后的中医证候评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者外周血炎性细胞因子水平均较治疗前降低(P＜0.05).结论 复方银翘解毒合剂联合针清术治疗中度痤疮热毒壅盛证疗效较全面确切,不良反应小,且对患者的临床证候有改善作用,值得临床推广和应用.
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of compound Yinqiaojiedu mixture combined with acupuncture in treating moderate acne heat-toxin syndrome.Methods Patients with moderate acne heat-toxin syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with compound Yinqiaojiedu mixture(twice a day,30 mL each time)combined with acupuncture clearance(once a week),and the control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride(twice a day,50 mg each time).The skin lesion count,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,dermatology life quality index(DLQI)and inflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood,including interleukin(IL)-6,IL-1β and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-a were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 90.00％in the treatment group and 93.33％in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups in the treatment of inflammatory skin lesions was 96.67％,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group in the treatment of non-inflammatory skin lesions was 86.67％and 76.67％in the control group,with no statistical significance between the two groups(P＞0.05).The DLQI scores of both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).The levels of peripheral blood inflammatory cytokines in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound Yinqiaojiedu mixture combined with acupuncture clearance is effective in the treatment of moderate acne heat-toxin syndrome with little adverse reaction,and it can improve the clinical syndrome of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
