Graft-versus-host disease(GVHD)is the most significant complication after allogeneic stem cell transplantation.Hormone drugs are the first choice for the treatment of GVHD,but they have limitations in clinical use.This paper reviewed the new GVHD therapeutic drugs and those under development,to provide a reference for clinical use.
