Research on medication and pathogenesis of depression disorder
Depression disorder is a major mental disease in the world.In recent years,the incidence of depression disorder is on the rise,it has seriously harmed human physical and mental health,and may even be fatal.Among the suicide population every year in China,40％suffer from depression disorder,which may be the main cause of attempted suicide.Research on depression disorder has made significant progress in recent years.Depression disorder is the result of the comprehensive effects of multiple factors,with complex pathogenic factors and low cure rates.Currently,comprehensive treatments such as medication and social psychological therapy are commonly used to improve the curative efficacy.This article reviewed the pathogenesis of depression disorder and current medication status,aimed to increase awareness and attention to depression disorder,strengthen prevention and treatment of depression disorder,and review the progress of various antidepressant drugs.
