摘要
糖皮质激素(glucocorticoid,GC)是一种类固醇激素,其过量或不足都可能影响妊娠状态和胎儿发育,故在避免胎儿接受不必要激素暴露同时获得最佳疗效尤为关键.现就近年来GC在妊娠期中的应用及相关不良反应作一综述,旨在为临床提供参考.
Abstract
Glucocorticoid(GC)is a type of steroid hormone,excessive or insufficient GC can affect pregnancy status and fetal development.Therefore,it is crucial to avoid unnecessary hormone exposure in the fetus while achieving the best therapeutic effect.This article reviewed the application and related adverse reactions of GC in pregnancy in recent years,aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.
