摘要
新型冠状病毒感染(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)常表现为呼吸系统症状,亦可引发多器官衰竭而危及生命.严重炎症导致细胞因子风暴,与器官功能障碍、疾病严重程度及死亡率相关,故控制高炎症反应对于治疗COVID-19至关重要.糖皮质激素(glucocorticoid,GC)是控制高炎症反应的重要药物之一,现就近年来GC在COVID-19治疗中的安全性及有效性作一综述,旨在为临床提供参考.
Abstract
Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)often presents with respiratory symptoms,and also leads to multiple organ failure,which can be life-threatening.Severe inflammation leads to cytokine storms,which are associated with organ dysfunction,disease severity,and mortality.Therefore,controlling high inflammatory response is crucial for the treatment of COVID-19.Glucocorticoid(GC)is one of the important drugs for controlling high inflammatory response.This article reviewed the safety and effectiveness of GC in the treatment of COVID-19 in recent years,aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.
