Evaluation of the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Doctor-Patient Sharing Decision Questionnaire applied in medical aesthetics
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the application of Shared Decision Making Questionnaire for Phyxicians Chinese version of Shared Decision-making Questionnaire in aesthetic medicine.Methods The Chinese version of Shared Decision-making Questionnaire was used to survey 50 medical aesthetic practitioners in public and private medical institutions in Shanghai,and a total of 50 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Spearman-Brown formula was used to calculate split-half reliability,Cronbach's a coefficient was used to evaluate the internal consistency reliability of the questionnaire.Factor analysis method was used to evaluate the structural validity.Results Among the 50 medical beauty practitioners,66%of which were female,and 92%worked in public medical institutions.The Chinese version of Shared Decision-Making Questionnaire included three scales:Shared decision-making process scale(T1),Shared decision-making barriers scale(T2)and shared decision-making facilitators scale(T3).The split-half reliability coefficients of the three scales were 0.86,0.91 and 0.84,respectively.Cronbach's α coefficients of the three scales were 0.92,0.93 and 0.87,respectively.The cumulative variance contribution rates of the three scales were 63.16%,65.81%and 57.01%,respectively.Conclusion The Chinese version of Shared Decision-making Questionnaire developed by the project team has good reliability and validity,which can be applied to evaluate the development of shared decision-making in the field of medical aesthetics,and can also be a tool for doctors to improve compliance of patients with medication and improve the effectiveness of drug treatment.
