Bim蛋白在抗肿瘤中的研究进展

B细胞淋巴瘤-2细胞死亡相互作用调节子(B cell lymphoma-2 interacting mediator of cell death,Bim)是B细胞淋巴瘤(B cell lymphoma,Bcl)-2家族中的重要组成部分,也是Bcl-2凋亡蛋白家族中仅有一个BH3同源结构域的蛋白.Bim通过BH3结构域与Bcl-2中凋亡成员结合或直接活化促凋亡分子,诱导细胞凋亡.Bim蛋白的低表达与多种肿瘤的发生发展、预后及抗肿瘤药物的耐药性等密切相关.调控Bim蛋白表达已成为当前研究热点.该文将对Bim蛋白在抗肿瘤中的研究进展作综述.
Research progress of Bim protein in antitumor
B-cell lymphoma-2 cell death interaction regulator(Bim)is an important component of the B-cell lymphoma(Bcl)-2 family,and is the only protein in the Bcl-2 apoptosis protein family with a BH3 homologous domain.Bim can induce apoptosis by binding to apoptotic members in Bcl-2 through BH3 domain or directly activating pro-apoptotic molecules.The low expression of Bim protein is closely related to the development,prognosis and anti-tumor drug resistance of various tumors.Regulation of Bim protein expression has become a research hotspot.This article reviewed the research progress of Bim protein in antitumor.
