摘要
青光眼(glaucoma)是一种不可逆性的神经退行性致盲眼病,严重危害患者身心健康和生活质量.青光眼发病时常伴头痛等症状,而偏头痛(migraine)的相关视觉检查结果也与青光眼相似,在病理生理方面二者都存在血管危险因素.偏头痛是否只是青光眼患者的伴随病症,或者其本身就是青光眼的危险因素,目前仍存在争议.为更好地阐明青光眼与偏头痛之间的临床相关性,该文对青光眼与偏头痛在流行病学、病理生理学的相关性以及临床相似处等方面进行综述,以期为后续研究提供参考.
Abstract
Glaucoma is an irreversible neurodegenerative blinding eye disease that seriously jeopardizes patients'physical and mental health and quality of life.Glaucoma is often accompanied by headache and other symptoms,and the visual findings associated with migraine are similar to those of glaucoma,with vascular risk factors present in pathophysiology.Whether migraine is only a concomitant condition in patients with glaucoma or is a risk factor for glaucoma remains controversial.This article reviewed the epidemiology and pathophysiologic correlations and clinical similarities between glaucoma and migraine,in order to better elucidate the clinical correlation between glaucoma and migraine,to provide a reference for subsequent studies.
