摘要
青蒿素(artemisinin)及其衍生物是自中国传统植物黄花蒿中提取出的天然产物,青蒿素衍生物包括蒿甲醚、双氢青蒿素及青蒿琥酯等.青蒿素及其衍生物具有抗寄生虫、抗病毒、抗细菌、抗真菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤及免疫调节等多种作用,在炎症性皮肤病、光老化和皮肤肿瘤的治疗中发挥重要作用.其治疗皮肤疾病的主要作用机制包括调节免疫细胞功能、降低炎症因子水平、调节细胞信号通路及抑制肿瘤细胞增殖等.该文从疗效和作用机制方面阐述青蒿素及其衍生物对上述皮肤疾病的作用,并总结相关作用靶点及通路,为进一步研究其应用提供参考.
Abstract
Artemisinin and its derivatives,including artemether,dihydroartemisinin,artesunate,are natural products extracted from the traditional Chinese plant Artemisia annua L..Artemisinin and its derivatives have anti-parasitic,anti-viral,antibacterial,antifungal,anti-inflammatory,anticancer,immunomodulatory and other effects,and play an important role in inflammatory skin diseases,photoaging and skin tumors.The main mechanisms of action in the treatment of skin-related diseases include regulating immune cell function,reducing the level of inflammatory factors,regulating cell signaling pathways,and inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells.This paper described the effects of artemisinin and its derivatives on the above mentioned skin diseases in terms of therapeutic efficacy and mechanism of action,and summarized the relevant action targets and pathways,so as to provide reference for further study of its application.
