目的 探讨温肾化痰调经方联合西医常规疗法对肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者生殖激素、糖脂代谢的影响.方法 选择2022年1月至2023年1月我院收治的肾虚痰湿型PCOS患者96例,按简单排序随机分组,分为观察组(炔雌醇环丙孕酮+二甲双胍+温肾化痰调经方)、对照组(炔雌醇环丙孕酮+二甲双胍),每组48例,以连续治疗21 d、停药7d为1个疗程,两组均连续治疗3个疗程.比较两组临床疗效、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、LH/卵泡雌激素(follicular estrogen,FSH)、抗苗勒试管激素(anti-muller test tube hormone,AMH)、抑制素(inhibin,INH)B、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb)A1c、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)及稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)等.结果 观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(89.58％vs 62.50％,P＜0.05).观察组LH、LH/FSH水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组AMH、INHB、HbA1c、TC、TG、HOMA-IR水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 温肾化痰调经方联合西医常规疗法对肾虚痰湿型PCOS患者疗效明显,有助调节生殖激素和糖脂代谢指标.
Effects of combination of Wenshen Huatan Tiaojing prescription and western medicine on reproductive hormone,glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency phlegm-dampness
Objective To investigate the effects of combination of Wenshen Huatan Tiaojing prescription and conventional western medicine on reproductive hormone,glycolipid metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of kidney deficiency phlegm-dampness.Methods A total of 96 PCOS patients of kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(ethoestradiol cyproterone+metformin+Wenshen Huatan Tiaojing prescription)and control group(ethoestradiol cyproterone+metformin)according to simple sort,with 48 cases in each group.The treatment lasted for 21 days and drug withdrawal for 7 days.Both groups were treated for 3 consecutive courses.The clinical efficacy,luteinizing hormone(LH),LH/follicular estrogen(FSH),anti-muller test tube hormone(AMH),inhibin(INH)B,glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb)A1c,total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG)and homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(89.58％vs 62.50％,P＜0.05).The levels of LH and LH/FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of AMH,INHB,HbA1c,TC,TG and HOMA-IR in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Combination of Wenshen Huatan Tiaojing prescription and conventional western medicine has obvious effect on PCOS patients of kidney deficiency phlegm-dampness,which can help regulate reproductive hormone and glycolipid metabolism indexes.
