目的 观察健脾利湿化浊方治疗超重或肥胖合并高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)临床效果.方法 选择2020年10月至2023年6月我院中医科超重或肥胖合并HUA患者90例,根据简单排序随机化法分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例.两组均予低脂、低嘌呤饮食及非布司他,治疗组加用健脾利湿化浊方,两组疗程均为12周.比较两组疗效、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、血尿酸(uric acid,UA)水平情况.结果 治疗后,治疗组中医证候总有效率较对照组更高(92.68％vs 65.12％,P＜0.05).治疗组BMI、UA水平较对照组均更低(P＜0.05).结论 健脾利湿化浊方在超重或肥胖合并HUA患者中疗效明显,值得临床推广.
The curative effect of Jianpi Lishi Huazhuo prescription on overweight or obesity complicated with hyperuricemia
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Lishui Huazhuo prescription in the treatment of overweight or obesity complicated with hyperuricemia(HUA).Methods A total of 90 overweight or obese patients with HUA in the department of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of our hospital from October 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to simple sort randomization,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were given low fat,low purine diet and febuxosta,and the treatment group was given Jianpi Lishui Huazhuo prescription.The course of treatment in both groups was 12 weeks.The therapeutic effect,body mass index(BMI)and blood uric acid(UA)levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(92.68％vs 65.12％,P＜0.05).BMI and UA levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Lishui Huazhuo prescription is effective in overweight or obese patients with HUA,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
