中西医药物治疗痛风及高尿酸血症研究进展

摘要
近年来,痛风(gout)和高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)的全球发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响患者正常生活,给医疗卫生系统造成巨大压力.痛风和HUA的西医疗法效果显著,但药物相关不良反应难以忽视.中医药因方式多样、安全性高而逐渐受到关注.此外,微生物群变化、新型黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制肽、遗传基因标记等在痛风和HUA的发病机制、干预与治疗方面取得较多成果.现综述近年来痛风和HUA的最新治疗进展,为临床提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of gout and hyperuricemia(HUA)has been increasing year by year worldwide,which seriously affects the normal life of patients and causes great pressure on the medical and health care system.Western medicine therapy for gout and HUA is effective,but drug-related adverse reactions are difficult to ignore.Traditional Chinese medicine has gradually attracted attention because of its diversified methods and high safety.In addition,changes in microbiota,novel xanthine oxidase inhibitory peptides,and genetic markers have made more achievements in the pathogenesis,intervention and treatment of gout and HUA.This article reviewed the latest progress in the treatment of gout and HUA in recent years to provide reference for clinical reference.
