Research progress of Chinese medicine injection in adjuvant treatment of non-small cell lung cancer
Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is a common malignant tumor in clinical practice,many patients have developed to the middle and late stages once diagnosed,and have lost the opportunity of surgical treatment.Modern medicine often uses chemoradiotherapy,targeted drugs,immune checkpoint inhibitors and other comprehensive treatment methods,but there are different degrees of adverse reactions,so that the tolerance of patients is reduced,and the 5-year survival rate of patients is still low.In recent years,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of middle and advanced NSCLC,in which TCM injection plays a significant role in reducing adverse reactions in the adjuvant treatment of NSCLC.This article reviewed the research and application status of TCM injection in the adjuvant treatment of NSCLC,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and provide ideas for the development of new preparations of TCM.
