目的 优选复方加味脂桂酊联合自然光照治疗咪喹莫特诱导小鼠银屑病样皮损模型的配伍方案.方法 将复方加味脂桂酊通过药物正交配伍生成不同配伍方案复方加味脂桂酊组,分别以S1~S9表示.通过评价干预后小鼠银屑病皮损及严重程度指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评分、皮肤组织病理切片中表皮厚度改变情况以及组织白介素(interleukin,IL)-23、IL-17变化,同时确定复方加味脂桂酊联合自然光照的最佳配伍方案.结果 与银屑病模型光照(M)组相比,D14复方加味脂桂酊干预组小鼠皮损红斑色浅,鳞屑稀少,增厚现象较轻.复方加味脂桂酊干预组表皮增厚程度均显著小于M组(P<0.01),其中S8组抑制表皮增厚效果较为明显.与M组比较,复方加味脂桂酊干预各组皮肤组织中IL-17、IL-23水平均降低(P<0.01);其中S8组降低更明显(P<0.01).结论 复方加味脂桂酊以S8的配伍方案联合自然光照为最佳治疗方案,通过降低辅助性T细胞17相关细胞因子的表达,抑制咪喹莫特诱导的银屑病样炎症暴发的强度及银屑病样皮损的形成,发挥抗炎作用.
To optimize the combination of compound Jiawei Zhigui tincture and natural light in the treatment of psoriatic lesions
Objective To optimize the combination of compound Jiawei Zhigui tincture and natural light in the treatment of imiquimote-induced psoriatic skin lesions in mice.Methods Compound Jiawei Zhigui tincture intervention groups with different compatibility schemes were prepared through drug orthogonal compatibility,which were represented by S1-S9 respectively.After intervention,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,epidermal thickness changes in skin histopathologic sections,and interleukin(IL)-23 and IL-17 changes were evaluated.At the same time,the best compatibility scheme of compound Jiawei Zhigui tincture combined with natural light was determined.Results Compared with psoriasis model light(M)group,the D14 compound supplemented Zhigui tincture intervention group was characterized by lighter erythema,fewer scales and lighter thickening.The degree of epidermal thickening in the intervention group were significantly lower than that in the M group(P<0.01),and the effect of inhibiting epidermal thickening in S8 group was more obvious.Compared with group M,the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in skin tissue of all groups were decreased(P<0.01),and the decrease was more significant in S8 group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of S8 and natural light was the best treatment for psoriatic skin lesions,which can inhibit the intensity of psoriatic inflammation and the formation of psoriatic lesions induced by imiquimote by reducing the expression of T helper cell 17 related cytokines.
