地佐辛联合舒芬太尼对锁骨骨折内固定术术后镇痛的效果观察

摘要
目的 分析单用舒芬太尼与联合地佐辛对锁骨骨折内固定术术后镇痛的有效性及安全性.方法 选取我院择期行锁骨骨折内固定手术患者60例,随机分为S组和C组,每组30例.两组术后均予静脉自控镇痛,S组予舒芬太尼,C组予舒芬太尼联合地佐辛.记录两组基本情况、术后疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)[1h(T1)、6h(T2)、12 h(T3)、24h(T4)、48h(T5)]、不良反应发生情况及患者满意度评级.结果 两组基本特征无显著差异(P＞0.05).T1、T2时,两组VAS差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);T3、T4、T5时,S组VAS评分显著高于C组(P＜0.01).两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P＞0.05).C组患者满意度高于S组.结论 地佐辛联合舒芬太尼用于锁骨骨折内固定术术后镇痛效果明显优于单用舒芬太尼.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of sufentanil alone and dezocine combined for postoperative analgesia after internal fixation of clavicular fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with clavicular fracture undergoing internal fixation in our hospital were randomly divided into group S and group C,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given intravenous controlled analgesia,group S was given sufentanil and group C was given sufentanil combined with dezocine.The basic information of the two groups,visual analogue scale(VAS)[1 h(T1),6 h(T2),12 h(T3),24 h(T4),48 h(T5)],occurrence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction rating were recorded.Results There was no significant difference in basic characteristics between the two groups(P＞0.05).At T1 and T2,there was no significant difference in VAS between the two groups(P＞0.05).At T3,T4 and T5,VAS scores in group S were significantly higher than those in group C(P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).The satisfaction of patients in group C was higher than that in group S.Conclusion The analgesic effect of dezocine combined with sufentanil after internal fixation of clavicular fracture is better than that of sufentanil alone.
