Effect of combination therapy with baritinib in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and influence of internal circulation status and bone metabolism
Objective To investigate the effect of combination therapy with baritinib in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and influence of internal circulation state and bone metabolism.Methods A total of 199 RA patients treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=100)and control group(n=99)by random number table method.The control group was treated with eramod combined with methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with baritinib on the basis of the control group,the course of treatment was 90 days.The curative effect,peak systolic velocity(PSV),peak diastolic velocity(PDV),vascular resistance,serum osteocalcin(OC),25-hydroxyvitamin D,β-collagen degradation product(CTX),total type Ⅰ collagen amino terminal lengthening peptide(PINP),morning stiffness time,number of joint tenderness,number of joint swelling,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(91.00％vs 79.80％,P＜0.05).PSV,PDV,OC,25-hydroxyvitamin D and PINP in both groups were higher than before,and observation group was higher than control group(P＜0.05).Vascular resistance,β-CTX,morning stiffness time,number of joint tenderness,number of joint swelling and VAS score in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy with baritinib has a good effect in the adjuvant treatment of RA,and can improve the internal circulation status and bone metabolism level of patients to a certain extent.
