藤黄健骨片联合金乌骨通胶囊治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的疗效观察

摘要
目的 探究藤黄健骨片联合金乌骨通胶囊治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效.方法 选取2015年1月—2016年3月在新乡医学院第一附属医院骨外科接受治疗的椎间盘源性腰痛患者122例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各61例.对照组口服金乌骨通胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d.治疗组在对照组基础上口服藤黄健骨片,3~6片/次,2次/d.两组患者均治疗12周.观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分.结果 治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为75.41%、91.80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗2、4、12周后,两组JOA评分均显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组JOA评分的升高程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗4、12周后,两组VAS评分均明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组VAS评分的降低程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 藤黄健骨片联合金乌骨通胶囊治疗椎间盘源性腰痛具有较好的临床疗效,能够改善临床症状,安全性较好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tenghuang Jiangu Tablets combined with Jinwu Gutong Capsules in treatment of discogenic low back pain.MethodsPatients (122 cases) with discogenic low back pain in Department of Bone Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 61 cases. Patients in the control group werepo administered with Jinwu Gutong Capsules, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group werepo administered with Tenghuang Jiangu Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3 — 6 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and JOA scores and VAS scores in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.41% and 91.80%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment for 2, 4, and 12 weeks, the JOA scores in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the JOA score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment for 4 and 12 weeks, the VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Tenghuang Jiangu Tablets combined with Jinwu Gutong Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of discogenic low back pain, can improve clinical symptoms with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
