Clinical study on Danshi Litong Tablets combined with anethol trithione in treatment of cholelithiasis
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danshi Litong Tablets combined with anethol trithione in treatment of cholelithiasis.Methods A total of 128 cholelithiasis patients admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group(64 cases)and treatment group(64 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were po administered with Anethol Trithione Tablets,1 tablet/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danshi Litong Tablets on the basis of the control group,6 tablets/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,the time of symptom relief,the gallbladder wall thickness,gallbladder volume and quality of life,and the serological IL-6,NF-κB,TNF-α and LEP levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.44% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.37% ,P<0.05).After treatment,the relief time of nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,diarrhea and right upper abdominal pain in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gallbladder wall thickness and gallbladder volume in two groups were significantly decreased,while the quality of life score was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the gallbladder wall thickness and gallbladder volume in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the score of quality of life in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6,NFκB,TNF-α and LEP in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The synergistic treatment of anethol trithione and Danshi Litong Tablets has a definite effect,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve gallbladder function.
