热淋清颗粒联合氨苄西林治疗急性泌尿系统感染的疗效观察

目的 探讨热淋清颗粒联合氨苄西林胶囊治疗急性泌尿系统感染的临床效果。方法 选取2020年 1 月—2022 年 10月上海市浦东新区浦南医院收治的急性泌尿系统感染患者共 106 例，依据药物治疗方案的差异将其分为对照组(53 例)和治疗组(53 例)。对照组患者口服氨苄西林胶囊，3 粒/次，3 次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上冲服热淋清颗粒，2 袋/次，3次/d。两组持续治疗 2 周。比较两组的总有效率、临床症状改善情况、尿液细菌学指标。结果 治疗后，治疗组的总有效率(96。23%)较对照组(81。13%)明显升高(P＜0。05)。治疗后，治疗组体温恢复时间、尿常规恢复时间、尿路刺激征消失时间短于对照组(P＜0。05)。治疗后，两组患者尿细菌计数、尿中白细胞计数均明显降低(P＜0。05)，且治疗组上述指标明显好于对照组(P＜0。05)。结论 热淋清颗粒联合氨苄西林胶囊治疗急性泌尿系统感染疗效良好，可缩短患者临床症状持续时间，改善患者尿液细菌学指标。
Clinical study on Relinqing Granules combined with ampicillin in treatment of acute urinary system infection
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Relinqing Granules combined with Ampicillin Capsules in treatment of acute urinary system infection.Methods A total of 106 patients with acute urinary tract infections admitted to Shanghai Punan Hospital of Pudong New District from January 2020 to October 2022 were divided into control(53 cases)and treatment groups(53 cases)according to differences in drug treatment plans.Patients in the control group were orally given Ampicillin Capsules,3 grains/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Relinqing Granules on the basis of the control group,2 bags/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacies,the clinical symptom improvement,and urinary bacteriological indicators in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(96.23% )was significantly higher than 81.13% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the recovery time of body temperature,urine routine recovery time,and disappearance time of urinary tract irritation in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of urinary bacteria count and urinary white blood cell count in both groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indicators in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Relinqing Granules and Ampicillin Capsules has a good therapeutic effect on acute urinary system infection,which can improve the clinical symptoms and urine bacteriology indicators of patients.
