Observational study of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in treatment of urticaria
Objective To observe the efficacy of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets in treatment of urticaria.Methods Patients(100 cases)with urticaria in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control(50 cases)and treatment(50 cases)group.Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets,3 tablets/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules on the basis of the control group,6 grains/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d.After treatment,the clinical evaluations were evaluated,the symptom relief time,CU-Q2oL scores and the frequency of urticaria attacks in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CU-Q2oL score and the frequency of urticaria in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The synergistic treatment effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets and Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules is definite,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,and can effectively reduce the body inflammatory response,significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
