Objective To analyze the use of second type of psychotropic drugs in Tianjin Anding Hospital from 2021 to 2023,and provide reference for strengthening the management of psychotropic drugs and rational drug use in clinical practice.Method By extracting relevant information on second type of psychotropic drugs from Tianjin Anding Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023,a retrospective statistical analysis was conducted on their sales amount,sales volume,DDDs,DDC,and B/A.Results The consumption sum and DDDs of the second type of psychotropic drugs in Tianjin Anding Hospital increased year by year,and the DDDs of Estazolam Tablets always ranked first.The DDC value of the second type of psychotropic drugs was generally stable,and some varieties showed an increase.The DDC values of Oxazepam Tablets,Zaleplon Tablets,and Midazolam Tablets were always ranked in the top 3.The B/A of Estazolam Tablets,Alprazolam Tablets,and other drugs is greater than 1,that of Diazepam Injection and DiazepamTablets is close to 1,that of Midazolam Tablets,Zaleplon Tablets,Zolpidem Tartrate Tablets and other drugs is less than 1,that of Midazolam Injection is equal to 1.Conclusion The use of second type of psychotropic drugs in Tianjin Anding Hospital is basically reasonable.It is recommended to use the performance evaluation of national tertiary public hospitals as a starting point,take multiple measures to optimize various pharmaceutical management measures,and improve the level of refined management of rational drug use.
