Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yunnan Baiyao Capsules combined with carbazochrome in treatment of hemoptysis in lung cancer.Methods A total of 88 patients with lung cancer hemoptysis admitted to Taihe County People's Hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were po administered with Carbazochrome Tablets,5 mg/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yunnan Baiyao Capsules on the basis of the control group,0.5 g/time,three times daily.The treatment course of both groups was 7 d.The clinical effect,total amount of hemoptysis and hemostasis time of the two groups were compared,and the changes of the DASS-21 and 36-item health survey summary Form(SF-36)scores before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.18%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(77.27%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the total amount of hemoptysis in treatment group was significantly less than that in control group,and the hemostasis time was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of depression,anxiety,stress and the total score of DASS-21 in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The score of all dimensions and the total score of DASS-21 were significantly lower in treatment group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores(including total score and overall physiological and mental health scores)of both groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the SF-36 scores in all areas and the total score of the scale were significantly higher than those of treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao Capsules combined with carbazochrome has exact overall effect in treatment of hemoptysis in lung cancer,and can quickly stop bleeding,effectively reduce the amount of hemoptysis with good safety,which is conducive to improving the psychological state and life quality of patients.
