Clinical study on Jisheng Shenqi Pills combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetes nephropathy
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Jisheng Shenqi Pills combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetes nephropathy.Methods Patients(100 cases)with diabetes nephropathy in Xindu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to May 2023 were divided into control(50 cases)and treatment(50 cases)group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were po administered with Irbesartan Tablets,150 mg/d,once daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jisheng Shenqi Pills on the basis of the control group,6 g/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months.After treatment,the clinical evaluations were evaluated,the improvement time of TCM symptoms,the levels of urea nitrogen,RBP,creatinine,IL-6,CRP,and IL-10 in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of TCM symptoms such as limb edema,turbid urine,sore waist,and knees in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen,RBP,creatinine,IL-6,and CRP were significantly decreased,while the level of IL-10 was significantly increased in two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of blood urea nitrogen,RBP,creatinine,IL-6,CRP,and IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jisheng Shenqi Pills combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetes nephropathy can obtain ideal therapeutic effect,improve the TCM symptoms and renal function of patients,and reduce the inflammatory reaction in vivo.
