摘要
丁香酚又名4-烯丙基愈创木酚,是一种弱酸性酚类化合物,主要来源于桃金娘科植物丁香干燥花蕾.丁香酚具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、心血管保护、抗病毒、降血糖、神经保护、骨细胞保护作用.因此综述了丁香酚的药理作用及其作用机制的研究进展,为丁香酚的开发和临床应用提供参考.
Abstract
Eugenol,also known as 4-allyl guaiacol,is a weakly acidic phenolic compound mainly derived from dried flower buds of Eugenia caryophllata Thunb.in Myrtaceae family.Eugenol has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,cardiovascular protection,antiviral,hypoglycemic,neuroprotective,and osteoprotective effects.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress on pharmacological effects and mechanisms of eugenol,providing reference for the development and clinical application of eugenol.
