摘要

肾脏疾病可造成肾组织不同程度的损伤,导致肾功能下降.丹参酮ⅡA是从丹参中分离得到的脂溶性二萜醌,具有多种药理作用,可通过减轻炎症反应,减轻氧化应激反应,延缓肾组织纤维化,抑制细胞凋亡,增强细胞自噬,改善血液流变学,促进有害物质外流对肾功能发挥保护作用.总结了丹参酮ⅡA治疗肾损伤的药理作用研究进展,为丹参酮ⅡA在肾脏疾病中临床应用提供参考.

Abstract

Kidney disease can cause varying degrees of damage to renal tissue,leading to a decrease in renal function.Tanshinone ⅡA is a lipid soluble diterpenoid quinone isolated from Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,which has various pharmacological effects.Tanshinone ⅡA can alleviate inflammation response,reduce oxidative stress reaction,delay renal tissue fibrosis,reduce cell apoptosis,enhance cell autophagy,improve hemorheology,and promote the efflux of harmful substances,thus it play a protective role in renal function.This article summarizes the pharmacological research progress of tanshinone ⅡA in treatment of kidney injury,providing reference for the clinical application of tanshinone ⅡA in kidney diseases.
