离子色谱法测定碳酸氢钠林格注射液中钠、钾、镁、钙离子

目的 建立离子色谱法同时测定碳酸氢钠林格注射液中钠、钾、镁、钙离子。方法 Dionex IonPacTM CS12A色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm),Dionex IonPacTM CG12A保护柱(50 mm×4 mm),以 12 mmol/L甲烷磺酸为淋洗液,体积流量为 1。00 mL/min,进样体积为 20 μL,检测方式为电导检测,柱箱温度为 30℃。结果 钠、钾、镁、钙离子分别在 6~120、6~120、1~20、2。4~48 μg/mL与峰面积线性关系良好(r>0。999);平均回收率分别 103。82%、99。75%、101。31%、98。92%,RSD值分别为 0。91%、1。40%、1。85%、1。65%。结论 本实验耗时少,操作简单,大大提高了检测效率,为碳酸氢钠林格注射液中钠、钾、镁、钙阳离子的检测提供了一种新的方法。
Determination of sodium,potassium,magnesium,and calcium ions in Sodium Bicarbonate Ringer's Injection by ion chromatography
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of sodium,potassium,magnesium,and calcium ions in Sodium Bicarbonate Ringer's Injection.Methods Dionex IonPacTM CS12A(250 mm×4 mm)column and Dionex IonPacTM CG12A(50 mm×4 mm)protective column were used.Methanesulfonic acid solution(12 mmol/L)was used as eluent;the flow rate was 1.00 mL/min,the sample volume was 20 μL,the detection method was conductivity detection,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear relationship between the peak area of sodium,potassium,magnesium,and calcium ions was good(r>0.999)in the concentration range of 6—120 μg/mL,6—120 μg/mL,1—20 μg/mL,and 2.4—48 μg/mL,respectively.The average recoveries were 103.82%,99.75%,101.31%,and 98.92% with RSD values of 0.91%,1.40%,1.85%,and 1.65%,respectively.Conclusion The method takes less time and is simple to operate,which greatly improves the detection efficiency and provides a new method for the detection of sodium,potassium,magnesium,and calcium cations in Sodium Bicarbonate Ringer's Injection.
