白花蛇舌草抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展

摘要
癌症是现在临床上导致死亡的主要原因.白花蛇舌草为茜草科耳草属植物,在恶性肿瘤治疗中应用广泛.白花蛇舌草可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞程序性死亡,抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和迁移,抑制肿瘤血管生成,增加化疗药物敏感性,调节机体免疫.综述了白花蛇舌草抗肿瘤的作用机制研究进展,以期为白花蛇舌草抗肿瘤的临床应用提供依据.
Abstract
Cancer is currently the main cause of death in medical clinical practice.Hedyotis diffusa Willd.is a plant species belonging to the Hedyotis Linn.Rubiaceae family and is widely used in treatment of malignant tumors.Hedyotidis Diffusae Herba can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells,induce programmed cell death,inhibit the invasion and migration of tumor cells,inhibit tumor angiogenesis,increase chemotherapy drug sensitivity,and regulate the body's immune system.This article reviews the research progress on anti-tumor mechanism of Hedyotidis Diffusae Herba,in order to provide a basis for its clinical application in anti-tumor therapy.
