摘要
目的 探讨复方银花解毒颗粒联合帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液治疗儿童流行性感冒的临床效果.方法 选取河北美和妇产医院在 2022 年 1 月—2023 年 12 月收治的 130 例流行性感冒患儿,按随机数字表法将所有患儿分为对照组和治疗组,每组各 65 例.对照组静脉滴注帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液,1 次/d,每次 10 mg/kg,不高于 600 mg,30 min以上单次静脉滴注,根据病情连续给药,不超过 5 d.治疗组在对照组基础上开水冲服复方银花解毒颗粒,1 袋/次,3 次/d,持续治疗 5 d.比较两组患儿的临床疗效、主要症状完全消失时间、病毒阴转情况、病情状态、炎症指标.结果 治疗后,治疗组患儿总有效率为 93.85%,对照组总有效率为 81.54%,组间比较差异显著(P＜0.05).治疗后,治疗组发热、咳嗽、鼻塞完全消失时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,治疗组患儿病毒阴转率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组患儿的症状评分、功能评分、对父母影响评分均显著降低(P＜0.05);治疗组患儿各加拿大急性呼吸道疾病和流感量表(CARIFS)评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组患儿的血清淀粉样蛋白/C反应蛋白(SAA/CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞的比值(NLR)均低于治疗前(P＜0.05);治疗组患儿SAA/CRP、IL-10、NLR均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 复方银花解毒颗粒联合帕拉米韦氯化钠注射液可提高儿童流行性感冒的疗效,改善临床症状,促进病毒阴转和病情发展,降低炎症反应.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Yinhua Jiedu Granules combined with Peramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection in treatment of influenza in children.Methods 130 Children with influenza admitted to Hebei Meihe Maternity and Gynecology Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected,and all children were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.Children in the control group were iv Peramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection,once daily,10 mg/kg each time,no more than 600 mg each time,more than 30 min of single intravenous infusion,continuous administration according to the condition,no more than 5 d.On the basis of the control group,children in the treatment group were po Compound Yinhua Jiedu Granules with boiled water,1 bag/time,3 times/day,and continued treatment for 5 d.The clinical efficacy,main symptoms complete disappearance time,virus negative transformation,the state of the disease,and the inflammatory indicators were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was93.85%in the treatment group,and 81.54%in the control group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the complete disappearance times of fever,cough,and nasal congestion in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the virus negative conversion rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score,functional score,and parental influence score of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and all CARIFS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SAA/CRP,IL-10,and NLR of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and SAA/CRP,IL-10,and NLR in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Yinhua Jiedu Granule combined with Peramivir and Sodium Chloride Injection can improve the curative effect of influenza in children,improve clinical symptoms,promote virus negative transformation and disease development,and reduce inflammation.
