痔宁片联合地奥司明片治疗内痔的临床研究

摘要
目的 探讨痔宁片联合地奥司明片治疗内痔的临床效果.方法 选取2021 年 1 月—2022 年12 月上海市金山区亭林医院收治的 98 例内痔患者,依据治疗方案的不同将 98 例患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组均 49 例.对照组患者口服地奥司明片,3 片/次,2 次/d,4 d后改为 2 片/次,2 次/d.治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服痔宁片,3 片/次,3 次/d.两组均连续治疗 14 d.比较两组临床疗效、复发情况、临床症状明显改善时间、疼痛情况、血清炎症因子水平.结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,治疗组便血、疼痛、脱出、肛门不适改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组VAS评分均显著下降(P＜0.05),且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组血清白细胞介素(IL)-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-6 水平均显著下降(P＜0.05),且治疗组血清IL-1、TNF-α、IL-6 水平均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 痔宁片联合地奥司明片治疗内痔具有显著的临床疗效,能够缓解患者临床症状,减轻疼痛,降低炎症水平和复发率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhining Tablets combined with Diosmin Tablets in treatment of internal hemorrhoids.Methods 98 Patients with internal hemorrhoids admitted to Shanghai Jinshan District Tinglin Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to different treatment plans,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were po Diosmin Tablets,3 tablets/time,2 times daily.After 4 d,the dosage was changed to 2 tablets/time,2 times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po Zhining Tablets on the basis of control group,3 tablets/time,3 times daily.Both groups received continuous treatment for 14 d.The clinical efficacy,recurrence,improvement time of clinical symptoms,pain,and serum inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of hematochezia,pain,prolapse,and anal discomfort in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of both groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of IL-1,TNF-α,and IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and serum levels of IL-1,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Zhining Tablets combined with Diosmin Tablets in treatment of internal hemorrhoids is significant,which can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms,improve pain,reduce inflammation levels and recurrence rates.
