摘要
目的 观察尪痹片联合洛索洛芬钠片治疗类风湿关节炎的治疗效果.方法 选取无锡市中医医院2021年1月-2023年1月101例类风湿性关节炎患者,采用随机数字表+密封信法将所有患者分成对照组(51例)和治疗组(50例).对照组口服洛索洛芬钠片,1片/次,3次/d.治疗组在此基础上口服尪痹片,4片/次,3次/d.两组连续治疗3个月.比较两组临床疗效、关节压痛、肿胀个数、免疫指标、血清因子和血清炎症因子.结果 经过治疗,治疗组患者的总有效率(96.00％)较对照组(82.35％)更高(P<0.05).经过治疗,两组关节压痛、肿胀个数均减少(P<0.05);治疗组关节压痛、肿胀个数少于对照组(P<0.05).经过治疗,两组外周血辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、Th17/Treg比值、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体(anti-CCP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均降低,调节性T细胞(Treg)均升高(P<0.05);治疗组外周血Th17、Th17/Treg、ESR、血清CRP、RF、anti-CCP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,Treg高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 尪痹片联合洛索洛芬钠片治疗类风湿关节炎的效果良好,可有效减少关节压痛和肿胀,改善免疫功能和炎症反应.
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Wangbi Capsules combined with Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 101 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and were divided into a control group (51 cases) and a treatment group (50 cases) using a random number table and sealed letter method. Patients of the control group orally took Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets,1 tablets/time,3 times daily. On this basis,patients in the treatment group orally took Wangbi Capsules,4 tablets/time,3 times daily. Patients of two groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical efficacy,joint tenderness,number of swelling,immune indicators,serum factors,and serum inflammatory factors were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate (96.00％) of the treatment group was higher than 82.35％ of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the number of joint tenderness and swelling in both groups decreased (P<0.05),and the number of joint tenderness and swelling in the treatment group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,peripheral blood T helper cell 17 (Th17),Th17/Treg ratio,ESR,levels of serum CRP,RF,anti-CCP,IL-6,and TNF-α in both groups were decreased,while regulatory T cells (Treg) were increased (P<0.05). The peripheral blood Th17),Th17/Treg ratio,ESR,levels of serum CRP,RF,anti-CCP,IL-6,and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while Treg levels were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Wangbi Capsules and Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets has shown good efficacy in treating rheumatoid arthritis,effectively reducing joint tenderness and swelling,and improving immune function and inflammatory response.
