摘要

雾化吸入给药是治疗呼吸道疾病的常用给药方式,雾化吸入装置包括超声波雾化器、喷射雾化器和振动筛网雾化器.在治疗肺囊性纤维化、哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺动脉高压、肺炎、结核病和癌症时,振动筛网雾化器可以显著缩短雾化时间,提高雾化效率,加快治疗进程.综述了振动筛网雾化器雾化吸入治疗各种疾病的研究进展,以期为振动筛网雾化器的临床使用提供参考.

Abstract

Nebulized inhalation is a commonly used method for treating respiratory diseases. The atomization inhalation device includes ultrasonic nebulizers,jet nebulizers,and vibrating mesh nebulizers. The vibrating mesh nebulizer can significantly shorten the atomization time,improve the atomization efficiency,and accelerate the treatment process in treatment of pulmonary cystic fibrosis,asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary hypertension,pneumonia,tuberculosis and cancer. This article reviews the research progress of vibrating mesh nebulizer in treatment of various diseases by nebulization inhalation,in order to provide reference for the clinical use of vibrating screen nebulizers.
