摘要

高尿酸血症是造成痛风关节炎的独立危险因素.临床治疗高尿酸血症主要是降酸剂,但长期使用具有一些严重的不良反应.槲皮素属于黄酮醇类化合物,具有多种药理作用,可通过降低尿酸产生、促进尿酸盐排泄、减轻炎症反应、降低氧化应激反应、调控肠道菌群、降低肾脏损伤发挥防治高尿酸血症的作用.总结了槲皮素防治高尿酸血症的药理作用研究进展,为槲皮素的临床应用提供依据.

Abstract

Hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for gouty arthritis. The main clinical treatment for hyperuricemia is acid lowering agents,but long-term use has some serious adverse reactions. Quercetin belongs to flavonol compounds and has various pharmacological effects. Quercetin can prevent and treat hyperuricemia by reducing uric acid production,promoting urate excretion,alleviating inflammatory reactions,reducing oxidative stress reactions,regulating gut microbiota,and reducing kidney damage. This article summarizes the research progress on pharmacological effects of quercetin in preventing and treating hyperuricemia,providing support for the clinical application of quercetin.
