摘要
前列腺癌是中老年男性的常见病.研究表明脂氧合酶(LOX)途径在前列腺癌的发生、发展、侵袭和转移中起着重要作用,可作为前列腺癌防治的一个新靶点.LOX主要包括5-LOX、12-LOX及15-LOX-1、15-LOX-2,其中5-LOX与12-LOX对前列腺癌的发生发展、侵袭和转移具有促进作用;15-LOX-1具有促进前列腺癌作用,但15-LOX-1在二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)抗前列腺癌过程中发挥着关键作用;15-LOX-2具有抑制前列腺癌作用.本文对LOX在前列腺癌中作用及机制的研究作一综述,旨在为前列腺癌的防治研究提供参考.
Abstract
Prostate cancer is a common disease in middle-aged and elderly men.Studies have shown that the lipoxygenase(LOX)pathway plays an important role in its occurrence,development,invasion,and metastasis,and can serve as a new target for its pre-vention and treatment.LOX mainly includes 5-LOX,12-LOX,15-LOX-1,and 15-LOX-2,among which 5-LOX and 12-LOX pro-mote the occurrence,development,invasion,and metastasis of prostate cancer.Although 15-LOX-1 promotes prostate cancer,it plays a key role in the anti-prostate cancer process of docosahexaenoic acid(DHA).15-LOX-2 has an inhibitory effect on prostate cancer.This article comprehensively reviews the role and mechanism of LOX in prostate cancer,aiming to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of prostate cancer.
