摘要
本文通过对慢性肾脏病患者并发认知功能障碍的流行病学、发病机制,缺氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)的结构、调控、功能,以及HIF-1α与慢性肾脏病患者发生认知功能障碍的相关机制等研究文献进行分析、总结、综述,提出如何扬长避短为慢性肾脏病认知功能障碍患者提供适宜的干预措施是未来的研究方向.
Abstract
This study analyzes,summarizes,and reviews the epidemiology and pathogenesis in patients with chronic kidney disease complicated by cognitive impairment,as well as the structure,regulation,and function of hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1),and the mechanisms underlying the correlation between HIF-1α and cognitive impairment in these patients.It pro-poses future research directions on how to provide appropriate intervention measures for patients with chronic kidney disease complicated by cognitive impairment,taking advantage of strengths and avoiding weaknesses.
