Characteristics and correlation analysis of the project demands for fast track surgery nursing services in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism
Objective To explore the characteristics and correlation of project demands for fast track surgery nursing services in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT),in order to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with SHPT who received Fast Track Surgery(FTS)nursing services at the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research participants.The project demands for FTS nursing services were collected.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the patients based on the data satura-tion principle.The Apriori module in Python was used to analyze the characteristics and correlation of FTS nursing service demands in different SHPT patients and to calculate the support,confidence,and lift of items/itemsets.The Colaizzi analy-sis method was used for qualitative research analysis.Results The quantitative study showed that the total number of FTS nursing service demands was 52,including health education,psychological care,dietary care,rehabilitation training,medi-cation care,and prevention of complications.The support of each itemset was greater than 0.02,with medication care and rehabilitation training having the highest support.The qualitative study results showed that the FTS nursing service de-mands of the patients were condensed into four themes:disease knowledge and skills demands,medication knowledge de-mands,rehabilitation care demands,and psychosocial support demands.Conclusion Patients with SHPT have different de-mands for FTS nursing services,and the various projects have a promoting effect.In the management process,reasonable service projects can be set based on the characteristics of project correlations to improve the level of FTS nursing services.
