Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital has been committed to exploring new models for healthcare reha-bilitation referral services.Recently,it has made healthcare integration a key focus of its work.Through measures such as environmental transformation and optimization of referral processes,as well as a shift in service philosophy,the hospital has provided comprehensive and appropriate healthcare services to patients based on referrals.Meanwhile,it has effectively uti-lized assessment methods and special referral performance to establish a long-term mechanism for proactive referral services.The new model of healthcare rehabilitation referral services has improved the outpatient and inpatient referral success rates of the"Four Major Departments"within the hospital,facilitating the complementary advantages of clinical and healthcare serv-ices.It can be regarded as a promotion measure for optimizing service processes in maternal and child health institutions,promoting the quality of healthcare services,caring for patient health,and increasing the proportion of medical service revenue.
