With the implementation of the Outline for Building a Leading Sports Nation and National Fitness Plan(2021-2025),China's sports rehabilitation industry has ushered in an opportunity for rapid development.However,the industry still faces challenges such as a shortage of professional technical personnel,low levels of technology and service,limited op-erational and promotional capabilities,and weak science and innovation capabilities.The concept of new quality productive forces provides a new perspective to address these issues.Centered on technological innovation,new quality productive forces can effectively empower the high-quality development of the sports rehabilitation industry by promoting innovation in technology,industry,and management.This article explores the mechanism of new quality productive forces in the sports rehabilitation industry and proposes practical pathways based on its connotation.By promoting industrial innovation,driving industrial transformation and upgrading,advancing industrial system reform,and guiding industrial resource allocation,new quality productive forces effectively enhance the overall quality of the sports rehabilitation industry.Specific practical path-ways include the cultivation of new quality talent,innovation of service models,integration of interdisciplinary subjects,popularization of sports rehabilitation concepts,and market development.This article provides theoretical support for pro-moting the high-quality development of the sports rehabilitation industry and helps achieve universal health.
