目的 探讨 WaLIDD(working ability,location,intensity,days of pain,dysmenorrhea)量表对女大学生痛经的诊断价值并分析痛经的影响因素.
Diagnostic efficacy of the WaLIDD scale and analysis of influencing factors in dysmenorrhea among female college students
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the WaLIDD(working ability, location, intensity, days of pain, dysmenorrhea)scale for dysmenorrhea in female college students and analyze the influencing factors of dysmenorrhea.Meth-ods Convenience cluster sampling was used to select 619 female college students in Guangdong Province from May to July 2023 as the research participants. The WaLIDD scale, the Shortened Premenstrual Assessment Form(SPAF),and a demo-graphic characteristics questionnaire were used to investigate the research participants. Results The Cronbach's α coefficient of the WaLIDD scale was 0.755.Using pain relievers during menstruation as the criterion measurement tool,Spearman cor-relation analysis showed that the scores of the WaLIDD scale and each item of female college students were positively corre-lated with the use of pain relievers during menstruation. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the WaLIDD scale for diagnosing dysmenorrhea was 0.931(95%CI:0.910-0.952),with a sensitivity of 0.989 and a specificity of 0.744.Moreover,a score of 5.5 on the WaLIDD scale was the cutoff value for distinguishing the presence or absence of dysmenorrhea.Binary logistic stepwise regression analysis indicated that searching the internet for menstrual-related information, premenstrual syndrome, and menorrhagia all positively predicted dysmenorrhea(OR=1.615,2.236,1.395,P<0.05),while self-rated health status negatively predicted dysmenorrhea(OR=0.763,P<0.05).Conclusion The WaLIDD scale has good reliability and validity in the female college student pop-ulation in Guangdong and can be used as a tool for evaluating dysmenorrhea.Searching the internet for menstrual-related in-formation,self-rated health status, premenstrual syndrome, and menorrhagia are the main predictive factors for dysmenor-rhea in female college students.
