Application effect of graded nursing combined with humanized intervention in patients with acute kidney injury caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning
Objective To analyze the application effect of graded nursing combined with humanized intervention in patients with acute kidney injury(AKI)caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, aiming to provide a reference for clinical nursing decision-making.Methods A total of 142 patients with acute kidney injury caused by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, who were treated at a hospital in Nanjing from March 2019 to June 2023,were selected as the study participants.According to a random number table method, they were allocated to the control group(70 cases)and the observation group(72 cases). The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received graded nursing combined with humanized intervention.Renal function indicators[blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr)],A-cute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ),and Activities of Daily Living(Barthel Index)were com-pared before and after intervention(7 days post-intervention)between the two groups.Arterial blood gas parameters[pH,partial pressure of arterial oxygen(PaO2),partial pressure of arterial carbon dioxide(PaCO2)]were compared 24 hours af-ter intervention between the two groups.Compliance with medical advice during the 7-day intervention period was also com-pared.Results After intervention,BUN and SCr levels in both groups decreased, with the observation group showing sig-nificantly lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,APACHE Ⅱ scores in both groups decreased, while Barthel Index scores increased, with the observation group showing lower APACHE Ⅱ scores and higher Barthel In-dex scores than the control group, all with significant differences(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in blood pH between the two groups before and 24 hours after intervention(P>0.05).However,24 hours post-intervention,PaO2 increased significantly and PaCO2 decreased significantly in both groups, with the observation group showing significantly higher PaO2 and lower PaCO2 than the control group(P<0.05).The compliance with medical advice was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(97.22%vs.87.14%;P<0.05).Conclusion Graded nursing combined with humanized intervention can improve renal function indicators, blood gas parameters, activities of daily living, and compliance with medical advice in patients with acute kidney injury caused by organophosphorus poisoning. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
