摘要
大学生的社会心态对国家和社会的和谐稳定有着重要影响.当前大学生社会心态主流总体表现为积极向上、理性平和,但在日益复杂的社会环境中,其心态稳定性仍面临着诸多考验.基于组织支持理论,深入分析高校在学习、工作、生活、情感等方面对大学生提供的支持,分析组织支持对大学生理性平和社会心态培育的积极影响,旨在通过构建学习支持体系、建立工作支持体系、搭建生活服务平台、完善情感支持服务体系等方面来培育大学生理性平和的社会心态,从而促进国家和社会的和谐稳定、健康发展.
Abstract
The social mentality of college students has an important impact on the harmony and stability of the country and soci-ety.At present,the mainstream social mentality of college students is generally positive,rational and peaceful,but in the increasingly complex social environment,their mental stability still faces many challenges.Based on the organizational support theory,the present study deeply analyzes the support provided by colleges and universities to college students at the level of study,work,life and emo-tions,as well as the positive impact of organizational support on the cultivation of rational and peaceful social mentality of college students.The aim is to cultivate the rational and peaceful social mentality of college students by building a learning supporting system,establishing a work supporting system,building a life service platform,and improving the emotional supporting service system,so as to promote the harmonious,stable and healthy development of the country and society.
