Research and Practice on the Teaching Concept of Pluralistic Integration in New Engineering Specialty
Focusing on the concept of new engineering construction and the development needs of the electronic information industry,the present study proposes a new dual-driven talent cultivation model that combines"curriculum-based ideological and political education"and"integration of industry,education,and research"to address the current problems of weak engineering professional literacy,lack of ideological understanding,and insufficient innovation awareness in talent cultivation,which cannot adapt to the rapid development of the electronic information industry.From these two aspects of"curriculum-based ideological and political education"and"integration of industry,education,and research",the concept of teaching and talent cultivation under the background of new engineering is expounded.And three effective ways for the talent cultivation model to be put into practice are also discussed.The model is demand-oriented,building a comprehensive ideological and political curriculum system of"point-line-sur-face-body"to establish a full range of ideological and political talent training system,implementing moral education,promoting blen-ded classroom construction,and building a specialized professional curriculum system of new engineering featuring"strengthening ideological and political education,emphasizing professional foundation,and focusing on practice".The present study then provides an overview of the practical effects by incorporating the development status of the college.The authors hope to promote the reform of curriculum education by optimizing the teaching mode of new engineering majors,promoting the organic connection between professional curriculum education content and the need of industrial economy.By doing so,the quality of talent cultivation can be improved.
