东融背景下广西高等教育高质量发展的策略研究

摘要
经济社会高质量发展,必然需要依托高素质的人力资本和高水平的科技创新及高效能的社会服务水平.高等教育是经济社会高质量发展中人力资源供给、科技创新驱动和社会服务提质的重要抓手.基于全面对接粤港澳大湾区建设背景,阐析广西高等教育发展的时代背景及其现状与存在的问题,从顶层设计发展战略规划,深化供给侧结构性改革,强化师资队伍建设,完善办学投入机制,扩大开放合作等方面,提出东融背景下广西高等教育高质量发展的调优策略.
Abstract
The high-quality development of the economy and society inevitably relies on high-quality human capital,high-level technological innovation,and efficient social services.Higher education is an important lever for providing human resources,driving technological innovation,and improving social services in the high-quality development of the economy and society.Based on the com-prehensive integration of the construction background of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the present study analy-zes the historical background,current situation,and existing problems of the development of higher education in Guangxi province.Specifically,it analyzes development strategy planning from the top-level design,combined with the current situation of deepening supply side structural reform.It also proposes optimization strategies for the high-quality development of higher education in Guangxi province under the background of integration as the economic node,including strengthening the construction of teaching staff,impro-ving the investment mechanism for education,and expanding opening up and cooperation.
