Current Status and Suggestionson Training International Students Majoring in Mechanical Engineering in Colleges and Universities under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative:Taking Wuzhou University as an Example
With the continuous advancement of the"Belt and Road"initiative,the investment on large number of machinery manufacturing industries in the countries along the line is increasing and thus the demand for high-level international professionals in related fields is increasing.As the east gate of Guangxi,Wuzhou has become a popular city for international students from countries along the"Belt and Road".In recent years,Wuzhou University has received an increasing number of international students from countries along the"Belt and Road".Taking the international student class of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation as an example,the present study analyzes the training status of international students in the university,and explores ways and paths to solve the current problems from four aspects:system support,cultural adaptation,teaching staff training and moral cultivation,so as to bring beneficial exploration and provide practice support for cultivating high-level and international"cultural ambassadors".
