Training Strategies of Oral Practice Skills for English Majors in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities in the Context of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area
With the continuous development of the Greater Bay Area,oral English education is facing new opportunities.Application-oriented colleges and universities need to constantly innovate teaching methods to meet the demand for high-quality English talents in regional development.The present study analyzes the current situation of oral English education and the specific requirements of economic and cultural exchanges in the Greater Bay Area on practical skills of oral English.To solve the above problems,specific strategies are proposed,including combining in and out of class teaching,carrying out industrial oral English teaching,cleverly creating life situations,encouraging students to participate independently,and being good at using evaluation language,so as to provide more practical opportunities for students,improve students'oral practical skills,and cultivate more excellent English profes-sionals.
