Visual Analysis of Keyword Co-occurrence in the Research of New Generation Teachers
New generation teachers,as a new group that has emerged from the differentiation of the teaching staff,has gradual-ly become the backbone with the intergenerational replacement of the teaching staff.In order to depict the appearance of new genera-tion teachers,the academic community has conducted relevant researches on it,but the number of achievements is relatively small.Through visual analysis of keyword co-occurrence,the authors find that,researches mainly focus on four areas:the criteria and char-acteristics for the judgment of new generation teachers,the working status of new generation teachers,the identity recognition of new generation rural teachers,and the problems and countermeasures for the construction of the new generation rural teacher team.Loo-king towards the future,it is necessary to elucidate the contemporary significance of the new generation teachers,clarify the group structure and heterogeneity of the new generation teachers,and pay attention to the integration of the new generation rural teachers into rural communities.
