Educational practice ability is one of the necessary abilities for normal students to engage in the teaching profession.It is an important basis for normal students'professional growth and development.At present,there are some difficulties in the culti-vation of normal students'educational practice ability in newly-built undergraduate colleges,such as emphasizing theory over practice in the training mechanism,emphasizing form over content in the support system,shallow cooperation between colleges and practice base.Based on this,the cultivation of normal students'educational practice ability should form a practical-oriented teacher education curriculum system,promoting the generation of practical knowledge of normal students;strengthening the dual teacher guidance and establishing a support system for reflection on practical behavior;establishing teacher education community and realizing the integration of teacher education.
