摘要
在全面建设法治国家的进程中,基层治理现代化要求在法治轨道上实现.基层治理需要先进的法治经验,而新时代"枫桥经验"经历法治化变迁成为一种先进法治经验,可为基层治理现代化赋能.新时代"枫桥经验"对中国基层治理具有天然的本土性优势,为基层治理现代化提供创新模板,其采用优化多元主体协同治理机制,进一步推动矛盾纠纷源头治理.在新时代"枫桥经验"赋能基层治理现代化的过程中遇到现实挑战需要进行路径优化.
Abstract
In the process of building a country ruled by law in an all-round way,the modernization of grass-roots governance re-quires the realization of the rule of law track.The grass-roots governance needs advanced experience of rule of law,and the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era can become an advanced experience of rule of law for the modernization of grass-roots govern-ance.The"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era has natural local advantages for China's grass-roots governance and provides an in-novative template for the modernization of grass-roots governance.It adopts an optimized multi-subject collaborative governance mecha-nism to further promote the governance of the source of conflicts and disputes.In the process of"Fengqiao Experience"empowering the modernization of grass-roots governance in the new era,it is necessary to meet practical challenges and optimize the path.
