产业协同集聚对区域绿色经济效率的影响——以高技术产业与生产性服务业为例

基于中国2013-2022年各省份的面板数据,通过超效率SBM模型测度区域绿色经济效率,并借助探索性空间数据分析法与动态空间杜宾模型分析高技术产业与生产性服务业协同集聚如何影响区域绿色经济效率.研究发现:研究期内,区域绿色经济效率呈上升趋势,并表现出东高西低的空间分布特征;产业协同集聚与区域绿色经济效率之间存在显著空间相关性与空间异质性;产业协同集聚对区域绿色经济效率的影响效应呈现"U"型特征,且长期与短期的空间效应基本一致,但在不同区域之间存在明显差异;进一步研究发现,产业结构调整在产业协同集聚对区域绿色经济效率的影响中存在正向中介效应.因此,应积极推进产业结构调整,打造绿色产业体系;制定差异化战略,提升区域绿色经济效率;科学布局产业发展,促进产业协同集聚.
Impact of Industrial Collaborative Agglomeration on Regional Green Economic Efficiency:Taking High-tech Industry and Productive Service Industry as an Example
Based on the panel data of different provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,the super efficiency SBM model is used to measure the regional green economic efficiency,and the exploratory spatial data analysis method and dynamic spatial Dubin model are used to analyze the impact of high-tech industry and productive service industry collaborative agglomeration on the regional green economic efficiency.The present study finds that the overall regional green economic efficiency shows an upward trend,and shows a spatial distribution characteristics of high in the east and low in the west.There are significant spatial correlation and spatial heteroge-neity between industrial collaborative agglomeration and regional green economic efficiency.The impact of industrial collaborative ag-glomeration on regional green economic efficiency shows a U-shaped feature,and shows that the long-term and short-term spatial effects are basically consistent,but there are significant differences between different regions.Further research shows that industrial structure adjustment has a positive intermediary effect in the impact of industrial collaboration on regional green economic efficiency.Therefore,the government should actively promote the adjustment of industrial structure to build a green industrial system,formulate a differentia-tion strategy to improve the efficiency of regional green economy,and scientifically layout industrial development to promote industrial collaboration.
