An Empirical Study on Chinese College Students'Internet Usage Behavior Based on the UTAUT Model and Exploration of the"4S"Paths
With the continuous progression of network technique, the ways in which college students use the internet have become increasingly diverse and complex.Network usage behavior has an important impact on the growth and success of college students.Only by conducting in-depth analysis of the motivation, habits, frequency, characteristics, and related influencing factors of college students'online use can we better guide them to use the internet in a standardized and scientific manner, thereby promoting their healthy growth and high-quality development. The present study first analyzes the current situation of college students'online use,and then investigates the motivation and characteristics of college students'online use behavior. On this basis, the authors con-duct an empirical analysis using the UTAUT theoretical model to investigate the relevant influencing factors of college students'online use behavior. The results show that performance expectations, effort expectations, social impact promoting factors and perceived trust have significant positive effects on willingness to use(P<0.001),while willingness to use has significant positive effects on usage behavior(P<0.001).Finally,based on empirical analysis,"4S"(Society/State/School/Self)paths are proposed to regulate college students'online usage behavior.
