Improvement on Effectiveness of United Front Work in Colleges and Universities in the New Era
The united front work in universities is an important component of united front work.Sorting out factors that con-strain the effectiveness of united front work in colleges and universities,the authors propose following suggestions:Enhancing under-standing and strengthening the Party's leadership over united front work in colleges and universities;Establishing regulations and sys-tems,improving the operational mechanism of united front work in universities;Adhering to integrity and innovation,improving the methods of united front work in colleges and universities;Enhancing vitality,strengthening the construction of the united front work team in universities.By doing so,we could improve the efficiency of united front work in colleges and universities,achieve high-qual-ity and connotative development,and help to build a modern and powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
